Hailing from the lush Pacific Northwest, I made my way to the foot of the great Rocky Mountains to connect and heal with others. I have committed myself to a life of constant learning and endless growth as I walk the winding paths of life with others seeking to know, heal and love themselves. I find some of my greatest lessons have been learned while in the wilderness, through movement like yoga and dance and communing with other living beings- including my rescue dog, Luna.
Knowing that we must heal in relationship, much of my work emphasizes connection to oneself, to others, and to the natural world. I am dedicated to co-creating spaces for all my clients to feel grounded, safe and cared for- whether that be in virtually or in nature. I seek to support clients in regulating the nervous system to become aware of the deep wisdom which lives in our bodies and to discover our natural capacity to lead rich, meaningful lives. In my work sometimes there are tears, often there are deep belly laughs and always there is compassion. With this knowledge, we can find stillness and watch as opportunities to craft new perspectives become available and effective strategies to empower how we show up for ourselves and others can begin to unfold.
